It’s easy to lose track of where our spoils go. We’ve created entire systems to relieve this tension…out of sight, out of mind. And, as we create more and more waste, we build more systems to solve the ever-growing consumption problem. So, there’s a great cost to creating more stuff.
The good news is that we don’t have a drainage problem for ideas, generosity, care or service. Nor, for excess curiosity, learning or skills. We can add these at whatever speed and capacity we can tolerate. And, there’s no worry about what to do with what we don’t use.
A skill or an idea factory might just be better than the alternative.
