Agitation is almost always thought about negatively. Something or someone is peaceful, at rest, doing its thing. Someone comes along and stirs the pot. But, without the stirring, the ingredients don’t have the chance to interact in the way they need to come together to become interesting. Of course, stirring at the wrong time, at the wrong speed or without concern about the parts, leads to chaos…or worse.
Do stir. But, always with high regard for what’s being stirred.
