How important is it to be the original, the first one? Perhaps the copy is a bit better. Perhaps not.
The truth is very few ideas are original. Virtually everything takes a page from something prior. The key of course is to be different enough, to have added or subtracted something to change its use and value. Sometimes, it’s just really hard to tell.
