Make Believe

Make believe is an escape, an invented place for us to go, a dream perhaps. It can help was deal with real challenges, hardships and obstacles. Sometimes, it can even help us see things more clearly. Of course, sometimes, it’s challenging to discern real from make believe. Is that her real voice? Is that person authentically rude?

In what ways can acting and make believe help or hurt a situation? How do we know when to show up with our real selves? How can we develop habits which turn beneficial make believe into reality?
