Flavor

Unflavored isn’t very popular. Either is the opposite. Somewhere in-between is the sweet spot, the place enjoyed by the most people. Of course, this is also where most people seek to serve. So, it can be crowded. There’s another place, an edge just before we go too far. But, it’s the most challenging to get right. It takes the most, time, patience and skill. And, it doesn’t scale well either.

Taste, design and creativity are all hard, really hard because there is no spec…which is precisely why they need to be done.
