Culture Signals

As soon as we walk in we know it. The sights, sounds, smells…they’re all signals. We know what comes next and what just happened. We know what we should do and what we shouldn’t. We just know.

Sometimes, the signals are distorted, separated in some way. They bring on a sense of confusion or chaos. The one hand acts differently than the other. Design which doesn’t match. Service inconsistencies. Of course, this isn’t what most people seek. They want the comfort which comes with an aligned culture.

How can we create more harmony in our culture? What can we do to improve the alignment of the parts and their signals?
