Weekly Grab
This is my weekly compilation of photos and prompts. If you’d like to see these delivered daily to your inbox when they’re first released, including some subscriber only exclusives, consider supporting my work with a Substack subscription (also complimentary, but donations welcome). Thanks for following my curiosity journey.
Stay curious, preferably with a camera in hand.

Refuel
It’s important to recognize our energy limitations. Recharging and refueling are critical steps in the creative process and shouldn’t be left to chance. Running out of gas never happens at a good time.
How does refueling fit into your process? Where does it come from? Should you schedule more of it?

Chicken or Egg
Most paradoxes work because we want them to. If we dig deep enough and apply everything we know, the cyclical nature breaks down. The true answer then is grounded in fact vs. belief. And, that in itself is often debatable. And so it goes…

Deconstruct
Curios how something works or why it doesn’t? Take it apart.
Learning is a journey, sometimes unexpectedly. Comes with the territory.

Purpose
Perhaps it’s not random at all. And, it might be worth looking into.
A deeper understanding of the world around us never hurts.

Fungus
Some words get morphed in popular culture to mean something completely different or to make us feel a certain way which was never intended. Words matter for sure. But, the evolution, context and interpretation of words matters even more. Choose wisely.

Tilt
We only see what we can understand. This is why patterns, order, context and logic matter so much, especially in communication. Like a pinball machine, too much tilt is best avoided.

Blemish
Natural beauty isn’t perfect…which is precisely the point.
Choose to see differently.
