Niche
The more the story resonates with someone or a chosen few, the less we need to talk about it. It might not make sense to most. But, that’s the point.
The more we can filter out serving everyone, the more it forces us to become specific about our work. Who exactly is it for?

Control
Most forms of control have little to do with turning a knob. They have more to do with power, status and fear. And unlike simple switches for machines, we really have far less control than we think.
Perhaps we should focus more on releasing control than getting more of it…say’n.

Calm Down
Solid advice…

Tune
Great leaders have their antennas up. They also know how to distinguish between signal and noise, and tune accordingly.

Plain Sight
What keeps us from seeing what is right in front of us? What do we need to change in order to provide some clarity for what would otherwise be obvious?
How can we alter our perspective and point of view to better embrace possibility?

Signs
If we were going to create a sign from scratch to tell our story, what would it look like?
Words, complexity, contrast, context, simplicity, design…it all matters. Choose wisely.

Educated
It’s worth considering education is an ever changing idea. So, it probably looks different today than what we were used to even a decade ago.
What does learning look like now? What will it be next year?
Stay curious.
