Weekly Grab

This is my weekly compilation of photos and prompts. If you’d like to see these delivered daily to your inbox when they’re first released, including some subscriber only exclusives, consider supporting my work with a Substack subscription (also complimentary, but donations welcome). Thanks for following my curiosity journey.

Stay curious, preferably with a camera in hand.

Later

Some things are worth holding onto and saving for later. Just as some situations and problems are best left for another time. The skill is to discern what’s important enough now to be worthy of our emotion and attention.

What’s something we’re facing at the moment which might be best to store away for another time?

Hard Part

The interesting thing about puzzles is the hard part is the reason we do them.

How can we adapt this mindset to other interesting problems to solve?

Quality

The hard part of quality is understanding it’s largely subjective and contextual. The key is to find someone with whom your story resonates.

Respect

It can be earned. And, it can be given. We get to do both.

Collectible

What’s worth gathering for, caring for and admiring? Who else can we find to share our interests?

Community and connection is built around common ground. Collections are a good catalyst.

Fences

Creating separation helps us feel safe. But, our barriers might also hinder valuable connection and insight. It might help to reflect on who our fences are for? And more importantly, when are they in the way?

Button

Just because we have one doesn’t mean we need to allow someone to press it.

Reaction is a choice.
