What defines cool? Where does our image come from? How are we seen?And, why does it matter?
Our image is a combination of what we hope people will see and how they actually perceive us. And, it’s nice when they match.
Adaptation
Most of the demand for adaptation isn’t prescribed. Rather, it comes to us on the fly, and often when we least expect it.
How can we better prepare ourselves for these moments when a quick and unplanned change is in order? What mental and physical changes can we make to better prepare ourselves for varying situations?
