Weekly Grab

This is my weekly compilation of photos and prompts. If you’d like to see these delivered daily to your inbox when they’re first released, including some subscriber only exclusives, consider supporting my work with a Substack subscription (also complimentary, but donations welcome). Thanks for following my curiosity journey.

Stay curious, preferably with a camera in hand.

Exploring

It helps to start with a plan. But then, be open to anything. Otherwise, it’s not really exploring.

Stay curious.

Retired

It doesn’t need to be this way. We don’t need to feel used up and useless.

New, fresh and exciting is a mindset…and a matter of choice.

Relax

Mental and physical breaks are a necessary part of life. And despite the medical science, it seems we humans are the least disciplined to make this part of our routine. Even a minute or two is helpful.

Develop a practice of relaxation…live stronger, better and longer.

Keep Out

Often, the signs aren’t so obvious. What clues are we giving to signal a lack of interest…to keep people away? And more importantly, what are we willing to practice in order to become more approachable?

Respect

…and trust are definitely earned. There’s simply no other way to get there. And, the path is full of sacrifice and rarely easy.

On Track

We spend a lot of time planning, strategizing and calculating, often with worthy goals in mind. We’ve been conditioned to be mindful of staying on track. What does this look like for you? And, how can being off track occasionally better serve your ultimate goals?

How

What we say is almost never as important as how we say it.
