Caution
Going more slowly has its advantages, namely increased focus, reflection and savoring the moment. What’s the trade-off? Why rush?

Bright Spot
There’s almost always a bright spot. We just need to choose to see it.

Origin
Everything comes from somewhere. A place can offer context, meaning and a deeper understanding. It might also make it taste a little better.
Stories matter. And, origin is a good place to start.

Washed
A good practice in food preparation is cleansing, removing and subtracting unwanted parts before actually making the dish.
Where and what else would benefit from some washing before we move forward? What could be improved if it were a bit more pure?

Inside
There’s almost always more to the banal…if we choose to go deeper. If the outside doesn’t cut it, try going in. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Chill
Cooling off gives us a chance to reflect, figure things out, preserve an opportunity for future use.
Chilling is a useful skill and one worth using more often.

Forgotten
Dead doesn’t mean useless…unless we’re forgotten. Memories fuel the future. What’s your contribution?
