Stretch
Raise your hand. Now, raise it higher. And, a wee bit higher.
Our limitations are often made up because they feel safe. But, what they might do is hold us back…from discovery, innovation and our best selves.
Practice stretching. Go further and make it a habit.

Play
It’s easy to get stuck on the hamster wheel of life, especially in our work. But, even the most exciting projects can become a grind. It’s important to insert some playtime now and then.
All work and no play makes life a bit dull. How can we find time to play with intention? And then, make it a habit, make it routine.

Yes
It might not always be the final answer. But, a good posture is to always be open to the possibility.

Message
What do we want someone to envision…to feel? What’s it for?
Every message sends signal. Of course, it may not be what we intend.

Process
Consistent outcomes rely upon systems, process and a practice. The key though is the development of a shipping habit. How we do it is probably less important than the commitment and discipline of actually getting it done.

Perform
Performances can be very uncomfortable, especially when there’s no script. But, it’s the discomfort which leads us to discover our true potential.
The most important part of the performance isn’t the stage, the equipment or even the preparation. It’s the decision to sit in the chair.

System
Most systems are designed for components to work together. One relies on the other and is dependent in some way. So, connection is vitally important. Teams are similar and they can become quite dysfunctional once silo’s occur.
How can we make better systems through more effective connection? Is our current system breaking down? What’s missing?
