Manipulation
Much of what we see just happens, in the right place at the right time. But then, there’s the other kind where we manipulate light and angles to give something meaning.
How can we intentionally change our position to alter what and how we see someone or something? Light isn’t the only factor. But, it’s a good start.
Who’s Watching Me?
We can put on quite a show when someone’s looking. We find a way to unveil our best version But, the real, flawed us shows up when no one’s around.
So, why don’t we just act as if…as if someone is always watching?

Vantage Point
Most of the time, the best view on things requires some effort.
Where are we stopping short? How can we improve our vantage point with a little more work?
Long Road
The path isn’t always interesting or exciting. Sometimes, our journey feels like a slog.
How can we make the long road seem not so long?
Steamed
Some people are better at handling pressure and stress than others. It’s not a gift. It’s a skill. They practiced how to remain calm. We can do well to surround ourselves with those people if our hope is to get better at being less steamed. Plus, it’s easier to learn when we’re swimming with the stream instead of against it.
Comfort
…isn’t typically one way. True comfort benefits both parties. It’s an exchange of trust, caring and emotional (sometimes physical) warmth.
Where do we find our greatest sources of comfort? How can we create more of them?
Attention
There are basically two ways to get attention. Command it or earn it.
How often are we commanding attention via status, position and power vs. earning through empathy, trust and generosity?
