Vision
A purpose and accompanying vision isn’t reserved for politicians or leaders of big corporations and movements. It’s for all of us, and worth putting some time into. Even better, create a symbol, something which illustrates the story and reminds us of the passion and excitement we had for the project when we started. This will become even more important when things get really hard, when we feel like giving up.
A vision isn’t just for others. It’s for us too.

Filling In
It’s amazing what we can see and understand despite not having the full picture. Our brains do a lot of filling in, especially with shapes and text. And, it’s quite effective.
This becomes a bit of a problem when forming opinions about people, their ideas and philosophies. Emotionally filling in the cracks between facts can be dangerous. It might be better to do some more digging to get a more complete, clear and objective picture before coming to any conclusions.

Silos
Grouping and sorting the similar can be helpful in terms of becoming more organized and efficient. Genre works like this also. We know where to look if we need low price. We know where to look if we need the highest spec. And so on.
Silos don’t work so well when our goal is to build communities and teams to foster creativity through discovery and experimentation. This is where bringing the dissimilar together is very helpful. The less silos, the better.
The status quo loves silos. Change ignores them. Are there any silos in your way?

Locked
What if we spent more time unlocking vs. securing? What if we opened up a bit and became more vulnerable? How would this change our relationships? How might this affect possibility?

Meaning
Just because it makes sense to the creator doesn’t mean someone else will understand it the way they do. Perhaps, this is the goal in the first place.

Luminous
We think of shining brightly as something which comes from the outside. But often our most heartfelt acts actually emanate from within.
Our brightest light is probably the one which is least visible.

Attached
The laws of physics help maintain order. Things stay attached until there’s enough force to break free. The laws of emotion are similar. Where do we need to apply more effort to let go, to detach from something or someone which might be holding us back? Change doesn’t happen on its own.
