Trails

Some of our work makes a mark, leaves a trail behind for someone else to follow. A book, blog, manicured lawn, song or drawing. However, this evidence is often short-lived, living perhaps the length of a lifetime, a day or even a minute or two. The counter is to make our trail worth talking about and easy to share. This is why the digital age feels so magical. Our story can spread widely very quickly. But, it’s also very crowded. So, it can feel like we’re the needle in the haystack. Some questions to ponder…

How can we make our trail a story worth telling? What are we leaving behind to show we mattered? What’s the probability our trail will be discovered by a future generation?

Does it matter?
