Support

One of the first rules of leadership (maybe the most important one) is to praise and support the people around us. It’s easy to find fault, correct, see the better path and to use our power to make someone feel subordinate. It’s far more challenging to do the opposite. Things might not go as well immediately. But, the long-term effects of unconditional help are undeniable.

How can we make someone feel better, especially when the chips are down?
