Community isn’t reserved for friends and families. In fact, it’s even more important for strangers. But, someone needs to start. Someone needs to make it okay to come together, to be comfortable sharing, to be vulnerable. Someone needs to lead and set the ground rules for behavior and treatment. The culture will develop itself.
