Easier

The purpose of the machine is to make the work more productive, efficient and easier. Virtually every modern advance has been aided by machines. This is now accelerating at a once unimaginable pace. AI and related technology have extended the envelope even further. The debate of whether this is a good thing is raging.

Undeniably, the human race has benefited from easier work. But, easier also comes at a price. Emotional labor and handcrafted are no longer distinguishable from machine made at first glance. The story of hard and effort might be worth more than ever if we can find a way to preserve the human element. Handmade might just be the sweet spot…if we can tell.
