
More power is generally a good thing in machinery, phasers and drag racing. But, it can also work against us. Leadership has little to do with flexing our muscles. It’s far more effective to earn trust and enrollment, sometimes using little or no power at all. People enrolled in a vision are far more likely to perform, especially when there’s no one watching to tell them so. Power doesn’t scale well. But, trust does.
