If we’re seeing to get picked, standing out in some way is a good strategy. Or, we could merely choose ourselves, make our own way and not worry about the others. Both can work. But, the purpose behind the work is different. One seeks attention. The other seeks to make a unique dent, albeit maybe a tiny one. Choose wisely.
