Shouting

…is one way to get our attention. Working hard to build a trusting relationship over time is another. One requires us to show up again and again with our generous work…drip, drip. The other, the biggest sign, loudest voice or most intimidating posture. One leads to legacy work. The other, mostly annoyance.

What anti-shouting habits can we practice to gain more traction with the people we seek to serve?
