It’s often hard to imagine what it takes to build something, to make something from scratch. We see the end result, hold it and use it. But, what we can’t see is the courage it took to make all of the mistakes, the resilience it took to ignore the critics, the effort needed to craft and re-craft it. We don’t see the skill needed to build teams to make more than one.
It’s too bad we can’t see these invisible parts…we might appreciate the sum of all of them more.
