Keeping something secured and unmolested in any way makes us feel safe. It’s the same for jobs, our work, education and relationships. We guard what we don’t want changed. But, the quest for status quo has a downside…the rest of the world isn’t at rest. Change is inevitable. So, the other option is to lead change, to unlock our creativity by keeping things a little less secure.
