Accurate representation of the physical world has a lot to do with scale. The larger the space, the smaller the small things become. Similarly, leadership, generosity, caring and thoughtfulness are hard to scale, to grow in direct correlation with the world around us. Too often, what works well one on one can’t make the leap to the masses. Small is the new big.
