Precision serves spec very well. It’s worth the effort to measure when we seek consistent outcomes, something expected. Of course, this isn’t art. But, it still requires skill, understanding and craftsmanship. Depending what’s on the line, it might even be more challenging to be precise than to be creative. Either way, both are skills worth honing.
