Tamping

It only works if the material being tamped is the right size. Too coarse or too fine doesn’t yield the proper result. And, the tamper only works if it’s used with the proper force. Too heavy or too light leads to disappointment. The engineering only works when the parts behave properly and do their jobs precisely. Teamwork is like tamping. The magic happens once everyone understands and respects the design and does their part. Too much or too little upsets the balance…and the outcome.
