If we’re early, we’re likely to be first. Being first has its advantage, there’s no one to compete against. But, last might also be good. It’s the most sticky and the one most people remember. Like most things, the correct choice depends…mostly on things out of our control. But, the one thing we can manage is how we show up, no matter if we’re first or last. Show up like it’s the last one…and the the positioning is less likely to matter.
