Visibility

Seeing into the future, even for just a short bit, works wonders for confidence and abating fear. Lighting the way, knowing what the next moment will bring, makes it navigable. But, what if there is no light? What if things aren’t clear?

Uncertainty is born from the lack of visibility. The goal then is to find ways to learn more about the options, to better understand what we’re up against, to find a way to illuminate the path in front of us. Leading change requires us to forge ahead. But, doing it blindly is hardly the most effective.
