Fit In

…or stand out. Which is better? As with most things, it depends. When our goal is to enroll others in our journey, we need to create comfort and safety. People find this in likeminded groups. And this same rule applies to appearance, wealth, hobbies, cars and behavior. On the other hand, uniqueness, our own edge, can be helpful in supporting our story, which needs to be sticky with the audience we seek to serve. Too far though…and we stand alone. And, so we dance.
