The scientific process requires experimentation. Theories proven or disproven. Rinse and repeat…find better. Creative acts, like leadership, are based on the same principles. Take what was proven effective before and make it better, make it fit the situation at hand…experiment. Alas, results are never guaranteed. It might not work. But, that’s not a good reason to stay out of the lab.
